Intro to Bungee
All First-Timer Bungee Participants MUST start with this class! Take it once and move on to Level Two
This introductory class introduces participants to the harness, bungee, and basic bungee movements while being taught terminology. Class members learn proper bungee fitting, and will learn to trust the bungee, while getting a fun, full-body cardio workout that will elevate the heart rate and build endurance to progress to the next levels.
Built into this class-time is the harness fitting, a weight check for proper bungee resistance, and basic education so you maximize your bungee fitness experience (approximately 15 minutes). Do not be late to class!
You’ll learn bungee footwork, start learning how to fly, and we’ll do several choreographed songs. Must weigh between 90 and 240 pounds. (approx. 45 minutes in the Bungee). This class may run over.

Level Two- Intermediate Bungee
Prerequisites: Must have taken Level One - Intro to Bungee
This class focuses on cardio, athletic and bungee technique, and will include a cardio warm-up and cool- down stretch and of course our fun, choreographed and energetic Fling Bungee routines. Once you learn the basic choreography, you can be comfortable knowing that these songs will be used during the workouts for a four to six week period. This insures that you will be confident with knowing the moves, and can thoroughly enjoy and have fun getting into your workout. Level Two participants shall seek instructor approval before trying additional bungee classes.

Level Three - Advanced Bungee
MAY NOT ATTEND THIS CLASS WITHOUT INSTRUCTOR’S APPROVAL.
Now that you know the moves let’s get that heart rate revived up and learn new choreographed songs. This class focuses on routines, and is high-energy cardio and choreography based! Class will begin with a cardio warm-up, intro & level 2 moves, and a new level 3 skillset routines will be executed one right after the other. Generally, routines are not broken down in the level 3 class, simply follow along using the moves learned in previous levels, and have a blast while flying, bouncing and laughing their way through this exciting fitness experience.Participants must have instructor permission to join this class. (45 minutes).

HIIT Me Up! (In the bungee)
Prerequisites: Must have taken Level One - Intro to Bungee
This class is a great calorie burner! We do HIIT in the bungee, which makes it low impact on the joints. This class utilizes bungee skillsets while incorporating hand weights. It’s the best of both worlds, combining high-energy cardio moves with strength training and also hits those abs! (45minutes)

HIIT
You will burn calories while sculpting your body. We will be using hand weights, body weight, bench and bands. Includes a warm-up and cooldown stretch. (35 min)

Absolute Pole Beginners
Starting with a warm-up this beginner pole fitness class introduces participants to the fundamentals of pole dancing, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and confidence. The class typically covers basic spins, grips, and transitions, with a strong emphasis on safety and proper form. It’s a fun and empowering workout suitable for all fitness levels, designed to help participants gradually build the skills needed for more advanced movement.

Barre & Bounce
DON’T LET THE TIME FOOL YOU ON BOUNCE. 10 MINUTES OF BOUNCING IS EQUIVALENT TO 30 MINUTES OF RUNNING.
This class combines elements of a classic Barre workout along with choreographed dances on the rebounder. This will be a high-intensity, low-impact, full body workout that focuses on sculpting leaner, longer muscles from head to toe. With the first half of class being Barre work and then transitioning the second half onto the rebounder you will feel strong and energized in no time! (45 minutes)

Tone Me Up! (Strength)
If you're looking to turn that fat into toned muscle, this class is for you! We will incorporate dumbbells, barbells, bands, TRX and step.
Weight training carries so many benefits that will lead to being healthier, stronger and leaner.
To stay healthy, adults should take part in two types of physical activity each week, aerobic exercise and strength training. Feel strong, powerful and accomplished leaving our TONE ME UP! Bootcamp (45 minutes)
Bounce Me Down! - Choreographed Trampoline Fitness

BOUNCE ME DOWN!
The music is set to the beat, as you work through deeper, faster and adrenaline pumping choreography. This class will leave you feeling happy and energized. (30 minutes)
BOUNCE & TONE
This class is an interval training class. We will bounce our little hearts out for cardio and then hit some weights and use body weight exercises to tone up! (45 minutes)

Aerial Yoga Intro (Adults)
Elevate your practice as you flow through an aerial yoga sequence using the silk suspended from the ceiling. Enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is suitable for all levels, it will add a playful and fun element to your workout routine.
*Restrictions - Pregnancy, glaucoma, recent surgery of any sort. Very high or low blood pressure, vertigo, osteoporosis or any bone weakness, carpal tunnel syndrome, recent stroke or a hernia, botox in the last 4 hrs.

Drop it like it’s hot: Pole & Chair
Pole Dance class blends the art of pole dancing with sultry, empowering chair choreography. This class focuses on fluid movements, strength-building spins, and graceful transitions between the pole and chair. It’s perfect for boosting confidence, improving flexibility, and having fun while exploring your sensual side in a supportive environment. Ideal for all levels! Come shake, shimmy and drop it like it’s hot!
Aerial Yoga Fitness Level 2 (Adults)

This class is designed for seasoned practitioners seeking to elevate their aerial yoga skills. The class will add a uniqueness of fusion, artistry and athleticism. We will build strength for more challenging aerial poses. Class will place emphasis on fluidity, creativity and mastering aerial acrobatics.

Kids Aerial- Ages 6-13
This class is designed for children age 6-13 to have a unique experience. During this class they will learn about aerial silks, work on stretching, as well as learn some fun aerial tricks along the way.
*Child must follow direction. Keeping our clients safe is our number one priority. If child is not following direction and disrupting class, child will be asked not to participate. (45 min)

Aerial Silks & Sound Bath
Immerse yourself in a multisensorial experience as you are guided through a mindful mediation to prepare your body, mind and soul for the healing vibrations of sound to wash over you creating a deep state of relaxation while your body gently sways wrapped in silks.
By now you have heard that meditation can reduce the areas of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure, but the thought of sitting in silence with your own thoughts is anything but relaxing. Mindful meditation focuses on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgement. Starting out with a guided meditation allows you to set aside whatever is on your mind so that your body can start relaxing in preparation for the soothing sound bath.
Sound Baths uses sound waves at different frequencies to realign the cells in your body to their natural and optimal vibrational state. This form of vibrational sound therapy can retune your body, mind and spirit encouraging relaxation, healing and wellness. The tones and vibration combine to produce a state of tranquility that transmits to the nervous system.

This is a one-on-one private session. We will utilize different equipment in the studio to get you the results you are looking for. Use it to build confidence and learn basic techniques. (60 minutes)

If you'd like to do a private session with a friend, this is for you! This is a one-on-TWO private bungee session. Use it to build confidence and learn basic techniques or work on more advanced moves, just you, a friend, and an instructor. (60 minutes).

Private Party - from 6 to 18* People
What’s included?
We offer 2 different party options, so whether you are looking for something basic or want all the party prep and planning handled Fling has the perfect choices for you.
For up to 6 people you can choose from either an aerial or bungee fitness class and the below package options. Depending on class choice you may have up to either 13-18 people at an additional cost.
You may pick a Bungee Party or an Aerial Party! Either way you are flying!
With Bungee you will learn how to get into the harness, footwork and the basics of bungee moves. Plus, learn some fun advanced level 3 moves while laughing and having fun with your group. 6-18 people.
At the end of all this we will put these moves into a fun party song.
With Aerial you will learn the basic moves of Aerial Yoga with your group. Spend an hour with your group “hanging around” in our colorful silks. You will enjoy the benefits of Aerial while also relaxing in your own hammock. 6-13 people.
Party sizes of 3-5 people are charged a 6-person rate.
